• Support the Customer Success team with data gathering, organization, and quality checks across customer accounts. • Liaise with customers and their partners/vendors on questions related to data completeness or accuracy. • Help analyze data sets to support the CS team's work — this may include Proof of Concept support, customer simulations, or other data needs that come up. • Support customers in hitting their success plans and integration timelines by owning data-related tasks assigned to you. • Build product knowledge of customer onboarding and the platform over time. • Share customer and market insights back to the product and engineering teams. • Support various administrative tasks to help the team run smoothly. • Help identify ways to make existing workflows more efficient.

• Build and maintain scalable databases • Develop executive dashboards in Power BI • Translate complex data into actionable insights • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements • Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance • Automate analysis processes and the generation of metrics/indicators • Create clear presentations for executive stakeholders

• Lead the design, development, and integration of AI-powered features • Architect scalable, cloud-native solutions on GCP and AWS • Actively leverage AI coding assistants, LLMs, and prompt engineering techniques • Drive responsible AI practices across the team • Collaborate with product management, data science stakeholders, and QA • Define and enforce software engineering standards within a CI/CD environment • Lead code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning sessions • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers • Stay current on emerging AI frameworks and capabilities

• Design and implement software features and enhancements within the AutoQuote application • Build and maintain data processing workflows using Prefect, GCP services, and REST APIs • Write clean, well-tested code that adheres to team standards and passes CI/CD quality gates • Actively use AI tools to accelerate development, generate and validate code, and solve complex engineering problems • Participate in architecture and design reviews • Collaborate with senior engineers, product management, and QA to translate requirements into robust, testable implementations • Lead code reviews for junior engineers and provide constructive technical feedback • Investigate and resolve production bugs; contribute to improving system reliability and operational health • Stay current on AI frameworks, cloud-native tooling, and engineering best practices
