• Investigates and maintains crop claims by inspecting crops • Evaluates damages and determining the amount of loss • Determines liability, secures information, reviews coverages • Arranges property damage appraisals and settles claims • Initiates first and subsequent contact with insureds and all relevant parties

• Apply your technical know-how as an automotive expert while acting as a key point of contact for our partners and customers • Check the plausibility of claims reports and take responsibility for examining claims • Process and monitor automated data imports for Nordics in the warranty environment, ensuring data quality • Manage external partners and ensure smooth operation • Monitor compliance with contractual regulations and ensure transparent cost control • Keep everyone involved up to date and be a reliable contact person

• Responsible for investigating and confirming the facts of loss for basic automobile accidents. • Applies analytical thinking to determine coverage, liability, damages and otherwise adjusts and negotiates claims within limit of authority.
