• Represent Mondelēz: in stores with professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to execution excellence as you support Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory. • Serve as a trusted field partner: delivering strong customer service to store teams while reinforcing Mondelēz’s standards and expectations. • Execute daily coverage: completing store visits using Merchandising Excellence standards, Order Writing Excellence, including capturing display photos and documenting execution through DMI & Sales force. • Implement promotional displays: ensuring compliance with RTM-negotiated plans and maintaining strong visibility of our brands. • Follow assigned schedules: executing daily priorities set by your District Manager (DM) or RTM to ensure efficient and effective territory coverage. • Assist with seasonal transitions: supporting new product launches, seasonal merchandising, and high-visibility promotional events. • Build and maintain relationships: partnering with store personnel—including receivers, department managers, and store leadership—to support smooth execution and collaboration. • Support capability building: reinforcing foundational skills and assisting with the onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers to strengthen field capability. • Develop for future leadership: building the operational, communication, and problem-solving skills that serve as a strong foundation for future advancement into management roles. • Stay Safe and Compliant: Embrace the physical nature of the role—including lifting, bending, and moving product—while following all safety protocols, operational guidelines, and company vehicle policies to ensure safe and responsible driving across the territory.

Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
  • Live inside the geographical boundaries of the team.
  • Flexible Schedule availability required including weekends.
  • Ability to travel across assigned markets.
  • Ability to perform physical activities (frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs., pushing, pulling, etc.).

Role Description The U.S. ION® Endoluminal Territory Associate reports to the U.S. ION® Endoluminal Program Manager (EPM).
