• Upload documents to member files • Enter data into member files • Generate barcodes to catalog documents • Perform all other tasks related to sorting information relevant to members • Critical evaluation of received data to identify errors, inconsistencies, and omissions • Meet productivity standards according to the learning curve • Navigate through our various tools and validate the feasibility of the transaction • Assist and carry out special projects as requested by a direct supervisor or team leader. • Other duties as assigned.

Role Description As a Guest Experience Agent, you are the first point of contact for our guests - digital, empathetic and solution-oriented. • Establish and maintain relationships with external experts • Respond to inquiries by providing scientific/medical information • Deliver presentations on various scientific topics • Attend relevant meetings and conferences and prepare summaries of key data

• Primarily Outbound calls with Inbound call opportunities • Work with clients to deliver Medicare Health Plans solutions that work with their doctors, hospitals, and medications. • You will work with most major insurance carriers and be able to sell Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and/or Part D Prescription Drug Plans. • Fulfill all policy requirements • Constantly update job knowledge and learn about new products and services • Attend and participate in team meetings • Be coachable, open-minded, and open to constructive feedback (we want you to grow!)
