Systems Operations Analyst

• Provide critical technical support in maintaining and improving business systems and operational workflows • Troubleshoot system issues, resolving backend errors • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across multiple platforms • Investigate and resolve system errors and operational issues • Troubleshoot backend processes and integrations between systems • Work with APIs, data mappings, and system workflows • Identify root causes of recurring technical or operational problems • Coordinate with software vendors and internal teams to resolve issues • Clean up and validate operational data • Reconcile reports across systems to identify discrepancies • Analyze inconsistencies and recommend corrective actions • Lead or support projects from initiation through completion, managing timelines, priorities, and stakeholder communication • Support implementation and improvement projects • Assist with testing system updates and workflow changes • Document processes, findings, and resolutions clearly • Follow up consistently to ensure issues are fully resolved • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users • Provide clear updates and status tracking on issues/projects • Work collaboratively across departments • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
