Sr Product Designer
hireVouchhireVouch is a premier recruitment and digital transformation solutions company dedicated to helping organizations find and retain top-tier talent. With a focus on hiring the right
Role Description Let's build a beautiful product together. We are building infrastructure and tools that power real-time AI voice agents used by fast-growing companies. Design quality matters here—every interaction happens in real time, under pressure, with real users. As a Product Designer, you'll own end-to-end product design across core user workflows. You'll work directly with founders, engineers, and customers to shape features from first principles—not just polish UI after decisions are made. This is a high-ownership role with real influence over product direction, UX quality, and design standards. Key Responsibilities - Own the product experience end-to-end - from early concepts and PRDs to polished, shipped features used by real customers in high-stakes, real-time scenarios. - Shape how users interact with AI voice agents, turning complex, technical workflows into clear, intuitive, and human experiences. - Work side-by-side with engineers and founders to define, refine, and ship features, ensuring design intent and quality are preserved all the way to production. - Be the voice of the user - conduct customer interviews, gather feedback, and translate real user pain points into thoughtful design solutions. - Proactively raise the UX bar by identifying friction, inconsistencies, and opportunities across the product, and driving improvements from idea to launch. - Build and evolve Retell's design system, setting standards for consistency, scalability, and craftsmanship as the product and team grow. - Hold a high bar for craft and quality, sweating the details and refusing to compromise on clarity, usability, or polish. - Influence product direction through design, contributing strong opinions, clear rationale, and taste-driven decisions that shape what we build next. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer working on shipped products. - Strong user-centered design background (HCI, design, or equivalent experience). - Excellent product taste and a strong sense of usability, hierarchy, and visual clarity. - Detail-oriented and care deeply about polish and consistency. - Enjoy working closely with engineers, PMs, and founders to shape product direction. - Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment with ambiguity. - Enjoy owning problems end-to-end rather than working within a narrow design scope. - Care deeply about building products that are easy to use and delightful.
Role Description The OpenClaw Foundation is seeking a Product Designer to help define how millions of people interact with AI agents in their daily lives. This is not a traditional product design role focused on optimizing existing workflows or incremental feature improvements. You will help invent entirely new interaction paradigms for the emerging agent era — designing systems where humans collaborate, delegate, communicate, and build trust with increasingly capable AI agents. As one of the earliest designers at the Foundation, you will operate across product strategy, interaction design, prototyping, research, and visual design. You will work closely with engineers, researchers, open source contributors, and community members to translate complex technical capabilities into intuitive, delightful user experiences. The work spans consumer products, developer tooling, agent interfaces, identity systems, trust and permissions frameworks, open standards, and experimental research projects. One week you may be prototyping a new agent interaction model; the next you may be helping define how users understand agent memory, permissions, ownership, or identity across interoperable ecosystems. The ideal candidate is deeply curious about the future of human-computer interaction and excited to help shape how people interact with AI over the coming decade. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience designing software products, consumer applications, developer tools, or emerging technology platforms. - Exceptional interaction design, visual design, and systems thinking skills. - Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of shipped products. - Ability to simplify highly technical concepts into intuitive user experiences. - Experience working closely with engineering teams and participating in product strategy discussions. - Strong prototyping skills using tools such as Figma, Framer, Principle, ProtoPie, or similar. - Excellent communication and storytelling abilities. - Comfort operating in highly ambiguous, fast-moving environments. - Deep curiosity about AI, open source software, developer communities, and the future of computing. Requirements - Experience designing AI-native products, assistants, copilots, agents, or conversational interfaces. - Background designing developer tools, infrastructure products, APIs, or technical platforms. - Familiarity with open source communities and contributor ecosystems. - Experience conducting user research or human-computer interaction studies. - Knowledge of identity systems, trust and safety, permissions, or security-focused products. - Experience contributing to design systems at scale. - Background in interaction design, HCI, cognitive science, psychology, or related fields.
Role Description The UX/UI Designer will serve as the primary designer for the Titleist Performance mobile experience, focusing on solving complex user problems through functional, intuitive, and mobile‑first design. This role partners closely with product, engineering, and brand leaders to identify user challenges, explore multiple design solutions, and iteratively refine experiences that balance performance, usability, and brand alignment. Working in a fast‑moving, agile environment, the designer will lead end‑to‑end experience design—from discovery and concepting through wireframes, prototypes, and developer handoff—with a strong bias toward function over form. This is not about creating static art pieces, but about designing purposeful, scalable experiences that help users navigate complex performance and fitness workflows on small screens. Success in this role requires: - Adaptability - Strong communication skills - Ability to translate technical or biomechanical concepts into clear, human‑centered digital experiences Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Visual or Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience - 5+ years of UX design experience, with a strong emphasis on mobile‑first product design; experience designing fitness, sports, performance‑driven, or high‑engagement consumer applications is highly preferred - Proven ability to design effective, intuitive user experiences across mobile, web, and tablet platforms, with particular strength in small‑screen, task‑oriented workflows - Demonstrated experience working in agile, iterative environments, where designs evolve based on continuous user feedback, testing, and business requirements - Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify user needs, explore multiple solution paths, and clearly articulate design tradeoffs - Deep understanding of user research methodologies and consumer behavior analytics, using both qualitative and quantitative insights to inform and refine design decisions - Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working closely within small, cross‑functional product teams - Comfortable presenting design vision, rationale, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels, including product, engineering, and leadership - Open and responsive to feedback, with a demonstrated ability to iterate quickly and adapt designs based on consumer insights and testing results - Systems‑oriented thinker who considers scalability, consistency, and long‑term product evolution when making design decisions Requirements - Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto‑layout, variables, design tokens, and scalable design systems; strong focus on functional prototyping and usability - Experience designing performance‑oriented or technical interfaces that prioritize clarity, usability, and speed over decorative visuals - Proven ability to guide users through complex or multi‑step experiences with simplicity and precision, particularly in high‑engagement or repeat‑use scenarios - Strong collaboration with developers throughout the full design lifecycle, including requirements definition, understanding technical constraints, file handoff, implementation support, and UAT - Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus - Hands‑on experience conducting user testing, usability studies, and design research, translating insights into actionable improvements - Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and A/B testing methodologies is a plus - Passion for or knowledge of golf, fitness, wellness, or performance‑based products is a strong plus Benefits - Comprehensive suite of health and well-being programs - Paid time off - Onsite fitness center - Acupuncture and physical therapy - Wellness coaches - 401k with company match - Health savings accounts and flexible spending accounts - Pet insurance - Legal planning - Education assistance - Exclusive access to the Associate Store
