• Work closely with the rest of the engineering team to deliver solutions ranging from small-scale client assistance to stack-spanning alterations that enable huge new features. • Work with the support and operations teams to understand large client problems from first principles and propose new solutions. • Gain a holistic understanding of the Lessonspace stack, infrastructure and internal development environment, as well as how our customers use us, with an eye to becoming a potent source of internal systems knowledge for other engineers and teams to depend on. • Be able to take full ownership of your feature releases, testing and reliability, ultimately delivering major releases with confidence and minimal assistance. • You will be working at the nexus of engineering, sales and operations and may be engaged to deliver specific features to help larger customers onboard smoothly onto our platform.

• Design and develop services to implement business logic and modify data using ASP.NET and EFCore • Create robust unit tests for APIs and other application components to ensure functionality and reliability • Integrate advanced observability features into services, including Open Telemetry metrics and correlation identifiers • Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by testers and end-users, and address bugs effectively • Diagnose operational problems in deployed environments and log detailed bug reports for resolution • Model and refine data structures for new features and optimize models for existing functionalities • Develop complex SQL queries and views to enhance application integration and performance • Maintain and evolve GraphQL schemas to support seamless data integration across systems

• Diseñar e implementar la migración Android Kotlin → React Native utilizando una estrategia brownfield/strangler fig para minimizar el impacto operativo en planta. • Definir y documentar decisiones de diseño arquitectónico como ADRs utilizando arquitecturas modulares (Clean Architecture / MVVM adaptado a RN). • Extender y respetar los contratos del monorepo ( optimus-core ) como fuente de verdad de tipos en TypeScript. • Consumir APIs y streams de datos IoT (AWS IoT Core / MQTT) priorizando la resiliencia, la baja latencia y el consumo eficiente de batería en dispositivos industriales. • Implementar capacidades offline-first robustas (caché local, colas de sincronización y reintentos automáticos) para líneas de producción con conectividad variable. • Integrar esquemas de autenticación segura mediante AWS Cognito/OIDC y consumo de servicios cloud (API Gateway / Lambdas). • Implementar estándares de seguridad móvil y cumplimiento normativo (almacenamiento seguro de tokens, hardening y OWASP MASVS). • Definir y configurar el pipeline automatizado de CI/CD mobile (build, test, firma y distribución vía Firebase App Distribution o GitHub Actions). • Implementar prácticas de shift-left testing (pruebas unitarias, de integración y E2E con Jest / RN Testing Library) y configurar observabilidad/crash reporting (Sentry/Crashlytics/CloudWatch). • Participar activamente en las ceremonias Scrum (Planning, Dailies, Refinements, Reviews, Retrospectivas) y realizar code reviews rigurosas .
