We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable leader amongst peers to drive system training and provide data processing support for our Dental regional field teams. The core responsibilities of the Regional Process Lead is to provide consistent training and be a positive advocate for process improvements while being a hands-on support to our front-line system users. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum 2 years of experience in working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. - Self-starter with the ability to work independently while also being able to contribute to a team environment. - Possesses a strong work ethic and takes ownership of both company and customers goals/objectives. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work well with people at all levels. - Demonstrated ability to influence or lead a group of peers. - Experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint). - Strong organization skills and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner. - Ability to facilitate training for both in-person and remote settings. Requirements - Knowledge and experience working with SAP. - 2 years of comparable Patterson experience in Customer Service, Procurement, or TechEdge. - Valid driver’s license along with good driving record. - Experience with data analysis is helpful. Working Conditions - Operating a computer or other office devices for most of the workday. - May occasionally need to move packages up to 10 pounds such as office supplies or equipment. - Must be able to communicate with others in person, over the phone, and in writing. - Must be able to understand and effectively exchange accurate information with others such as coworkers, customers, and vendors. - Must be able to read and interpret various electronic and written documents. - Must have reliable home internet with enough bandwidth for video conferencing. - This position is in an office environment in which team members occupy desks in assigned areas or at meeting/collaboration spaces within the building. - Occasional need to work in a warehouse setting and minimal requirement to climb ladders when supporting assigned branches in region. Travel and On-call - Remote position with up to 50% travel within the assigned region. - Ability to work occasional after hours or extended schedules when required. - Reliable transportation or the ability to travel between worksites during working hours is required. Compensation The potential compensation range for this role is below.
