Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Behavioral Momentum Services

This role involves providing support to individuals and their families through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services delivered via Telehealth. Deliver ABA therapy oversight and supervision via Telehealth for clients with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental conditions Conduct functional assessments and develop data-driven, individualized treatment plans Provide ongoing supervision and training to RBTs, behavior technicians, and BCBA interns Conduct parent/caregiver training and provide guidance for skill generalization in home and community settings Review session notes, progress reports, and treatment documentation for accuracy and quality Collaborate closely with clinical leadership and administrative staff to ensure smooth service delivery Maintain compliance with all BACB, HIPAA, and company policies Participate in regular virtual team meetings, case reviews, and professional development opportunities Maintain a minimum of 25-30 billable hours per week (combination of supervision, parent training, and report writing) and 1 hour of non-billable hours per week Perform other clinical duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Current BCBA certification (in good standing with the BACB)
  • Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, Behavior Analysis, Behavioral Science, Human Development, Social Work, or a related field
  • Demonstrated competence in behavior management, instructional design, written and verbal communication, and professional collaboration
  • Minimum of 1 year of BCBA experience implementing ABA interventions, designing individualized treatment programs, and training caregivers or staff
  • Experience conducting assessments such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS, and/or SAVVY Assessment
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with Telehealth platforms, electronic data collection, and digital documentation (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines remotely
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold HIPAA compliance at all times
  • Energetic, coachable, and professional demeanor
  • Must pass a background check
  • Reliable internet connection and private workspace
  • Must pass a background check and any required fingerprinting (Live Scan)
  • Ability to work within the organization’s hours of operation

Additionally, the therapist will also have the opportunity to work with our Chief Medical Officer to help improve treatment protocols as we learn from experience, train other therapists, and help shape the future of Beckley Clinical. Conduct preparation sessions with patients before their ketamine or esketamine treatment, including assessing history, reviewing treatment motivations and expectations, and providing psychoeducation. Conduct weekly integration psychotherapy sessions to help patients process their experience and apply insights to daily life. Assist patients in completing outcome measures.
