Business Development Representative

CELUS

• Identify new business opportunities for CELUS Design Platform. • Develop potential leads, converting them into sales opportunities, and ultimately driving them to successful sales wins. • Develop strategies and tactics to create sales opportunities, enhancing the company’s sales pipeline. • Create and manage sales pipeline at targeted accounts, focusing on high-potential prospects. • Strategically convert leads into sales meetings, and drive these meetings to result in successful sales wins. • Define and implement workflows and best practices to ensure an optimal conversion rate from leads to orders. • Represent the company at trade shows and other industry activities globally, and support direct customer meetings.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of proven track record in business development and sales in the technology or electronics industry.
  • Preferred understanding of the semiconductor, component manufacturing and electronic distribution industry.
  • Understanding of the electronics design ecosystem and previous experience in an EDA (Electronic Design Automation) environment.
  • Previous experience in generating sales leads, creating sales opportunities, and converting them into sales wins.
  • Skilled in developing strategies to enhance pipeline growth and conversion rates.
  • Experienced in conducting customer meetings, driving business growth through face-to-face interactions and relationship building.
  • Independent self-starter with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
