• Own product quality across the full feature lifecycle • Review product documentation, clarify requirements, and identify dependencies early (shift-left approach) • Design, build, and maintain automated test coverage for both our APIs (internal and public, covering core data entities) and our web UI, using Playwright or similar browser automation tools • Develop our AI-agent testing infrastructure: a shared platform that QA engineers and developers across teams use to test their own projects and contribute to. You'll shape its architecture, standards, and contribution model • Collaborate with the Platform team to deploy to various environments, ensure smooth operation, and follow shared standards, practices, and processes • Perform manual testing when necessary to validate complex scenarios and new features beyond automated coverage

• Ensure the quality and reliability of software products through both manual and automated testing • Design, implement, and maintain effective test plans and test cases • Automate repeatable scenarios using the Cucumber test automation framework • Develop and execute test cases and scripts for web applications • Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and Agile teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle • Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution in close cooperation with development teams • Maintain clear, up-to-date test documentation and report test outcomes effectively • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the evolution of QA best practices
