Role Description You'd be working with a boutique Australian home builder known for quality craftsmanship and genuine relationships with the families it builds for. Trust is the whole game for this business, so the content needs to feel relatable, sophisticated, and real, not polished into something generic. This is a Philippines-based, fully remote role, working within Australian business hours to stay in sync with filming and the founder. What You'll Actually Do - Video editing and content production: - Edit raw footage from the founder, including site and build content, self-filmed pieces, client moments, and podcast episodes, into content cut and formatted for social and digital channels. - Apply proper post-production: colour grading, sound, motion graphics, text overlays, and thumbnails that look sharp and consistent. - Manage the full video workflow, from organizing incoming footage through to final export in the right format for each platform. - Graphic design and visual content: - Design social assets, marketing collateral, and branded templates that suit a home-building audience. - Turn raw photography into static content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and the website. - Keep visual consistency across everything you put out. - Social media management: - Manage and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, keeping a steady, reliable publishing rhythm. - Plan and run a content calendar tied to project milestones and business moments. - Track basic performance (engagement, reach, follower growth) and share simple updates with the founder. Qualifications - Strong video editing skills with a portfolio showing polished, engaging work. - Proficiency in professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. - Graphic design skills in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva. - Experience managing and scheduling social content in a real business context, across at least Instagram and Facebook. - Highly organized and able to keep a content pipeline moving and a publishing schedule on track without needing to be chased. Requirements - Experience with brand building or contributing to a brand's look and voice. - Experience in property, construction, real estate, or home building. - Familiarity with Meta advertising (Facebook and Instagram ads). - Photography editing and asset management as part of a content workflow. Benefits - A stable, full-time role with a business that genuinely needs you and wants you to grow into it. - HMO health cover, with one dependent covered for free. - Group life insurance. - Paid leave credits. - Work-from-home equipment provided. - Employed compliantly under Philippine law with a proper local employment contract. - All government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) plus 13th month pay. Company Description You'd be employed directly by Staffstream, not by the client. We place you with an Australian business and support you the whole way, handling the local employment side properly so you can focus on the work in front of you.
