Role Description EPA Images, a global provider of visual news content, is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive our growth across North America. This is a high-impact commercial role focused on selling EPA's premium visual content services to leading news media organizations and expanding our business into new, non-traditional markets across the US and Canada. Working independently, you will collaborate closely with our international Marketing & Sales team and report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer in Germany. Key Responsibilities - Grow and manage EPA’s client portfolio in North America, with a focus on major news organizations. - Build and maintain senior-level relationships with editors, key decision-makers and budget holders in newsrooms and media companies. - Develop new business opportunities across news media, broadcasters, magazine & book publishers, NGOs, corporations, and public institutions. - Sell EPA’s core services, including our news photo and video feeds, as well as our on-demand production and other services. - Visit clients and represent EPA Images at major industry events and conferences. - Work with the editorial and marketing teams to build tailored client solutions. Qualifications - 10+ years of sales or business development experience in news media, digital content, or visual licensing, ideally within a photo agency, news wire, or stock imagery environment. - A strong network of contacts within news media executives, photo editors, and content buyers. - Demonstrated experience in negotiating content licensing agreements, subscriptions, and commercial partnerships. - Ability to work independently within a global, cross-cultural organization. - Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. - Native English language. French would be a bonus. - US work permit.
