• Attend to customers via WhatsApp dedicated to sales, actively engaging clients with a focus on conversion; • Assist customers who have difficulty making purchases on the brands' online store; • Monitor orders placed using boleto payment method to prevent potential cancellations due to non-payment; • Inform key customers when there are updates or news from the brand; • Monitor site promotions; • Conduct post-sales follow-up; • Record all customer interactions; • Provide an excellent shopping experience for the brand's customers; • Proactively seek solutions for customers' needs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Commercial Management, Business Administration, Fashion, or related fields;
  • Knowledge and experience in sales;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
