Role Description - Manage and support Microsoft Azure environments, including subscription management and multi-tenant architecture - Design and maintain hybrid cloud integrations using Azure Arc - Ensure high availability, scalability, and governance across cloud environments - Deploy, configure, and manage Windows Server infrastructure - Perform patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management - Maintain system health, performance, and compliance - Administer enterprise device management platforms including: - Microsoft Intune (MDM) - JAMF (Mac device management) - Enforce device compliance, security policies, and lifecycle operations - Utilize enterprise tools such as: - SCCM (Configuration Manager) - SCOM (System Center Operations Manager) - Monitor system performance, proactively resolve issues, and ensure uptime - Implement and manage security solutions including: - Microsoft Defender - Microsoft Sentinel - Support enterprise security posture through alerts, investigations, and remediation - Manage critical infrastructure services such as: - DNS (internal and external) - Secure file transfer (SFTP) - Remote access tools (e.g., Bomgar / BeyondTrust) - Ensure secure and reliable access to enterprise services - Develop and maintain automation using: - Terraform (mandatory) - PowerShell (preferred) - Drive standardization, efficiency, and repeatability of deployment Company Description At Zensar, we’re “experience-led everything”. Role Description We are looking for a VMware Infrastructure Engineer to design, deploy, and operate VMware-based virtualization, software-defined networking, and software-defined storage platforms across on-premises and hybrid cloud environments.
