Role Description - Supporting partner API integrations during onboarding and launch; - Consulting partners and commercial stakeholders on API functionality; - Handling requests coming through the ticketing system; - Validating the quality of partner integrations; - Logging information about integrating partners; - Conducting Zoom/Google Meet calls with partners; - Working with API logs and troubleshooting errors; - Escalating requests to other teams when needed; - Maintaining and updating the knowledge base. Qualifications - At least 1 year of experience in API technical support (2nd–3rd line support) OR experience with API integrations, launch, and support of API clients; - Time management, strong communication skills, proactivity, and willingness to learn; - Confident experience working with APIs and Postman; - Ability to persuade and influence stakeholders; - Basic understanding of API integration design principles; - Ability to read logs in JSON and XML formats; - Understanding of CRUD principles; - Ability to work with Google Docs; - Ability to handle cross-functional / adjacent project tasks; - English level B2 or higher (both written and spoken). Requirements - Experience with SQL, Grafana, and Kibana; - Experience working with project-based tasks; - Strong communication skills.
