Role Description The Physician Signature Specialist is responsible for ensuring timely completion of physician signature documentation across all assigned locations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining compliance with physician signature processes and serves as a resource and mentor for program managers navigating signature workflows. The Specialist works closely with Compliance and IT and reports directly to the Vice President of the division. Full-Time Remote Position Hourly Position Responsibilities - Facilitate collection of outstanding signature documentation following Advantum's exit, including delayed certification forms and Unsigned Records Forms. - Monitor completion of CliniFax, CliniSign, and Suture Sign processes across assigned sites; escalate at-risk sites to supervisor in a timely manner. - Drive compliance with physician signature workflows and established processes. - Mentor new Program Managers on CliniFax, CliniSign, and Suture Sign processes as needed. - Provide guidance to physicians on CliniSign enrollment and sign-up as needed. - Complete CliniFax process for terminated sites, sites without an assigned Program Manager, and other locations as directed. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance and IT teams to support process integrity. Qualifications - Experience in healthcare operations, medical records, or a related field preferred. - Familiarity with physician documentation and signature compliance processes a plus. - Proficiency or ability to quickly learn CliniFax, CliniSign, and Suture Sign platforms. - Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple sites and deadlines simultaneously. - Effective communicator with the ability to mentor and support field-based staff. - Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment during standard business hours. Role Description We are seeking an expert-level Senior Consultant in Pharmacy Data Management and Analytics to lead our strategic data modernization initiatives within the US region. As the pharmacy ecosystem shifts its transaction standards, this role is critical in driving our enterprise transition from legacy NCPDP D.0 standards to the new F6 formats. The ideal candidate is a deeply technical subject matter expert who possesses hands-on experience leading large-scale supplier re-onboarding, ensuring strict NCPDP F6 telephony and transaction compliance, and maintaining data integrity through advanced analytics during the migration process. You will serve as the primary technical liaison between our internal data architecture teams, PBMs, pharmacy switch networks, and external data suppliers. Key Responsibilities - NCPDP F6 Migration & Compliance - Serve as the primary subject matter expert (SME) on the transition from legacy NCPDP D.0 layouts to the new F6 standards for all US-based pharmacy transactions. - Validate and enforce NCPDP F6 telephony compliance and transaction routing protocols across the network. - Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive crosswalks, data maps, and business rules translating legacy D.0 data elements to F6 requirements. - Lead rigorous user acceptance testing (UAT) and compliance validation for all inbound and outbound F6 transaction feeds. - Supplier Re-onboarding & Vendor Management - Spearhead the end-to-end re-onboarding process for external data suppliers (pharmacies, PBMs, and switch vendors) transitioning from D.0 to F6 layouts. - Host technical working sessions with supplier IT teams to troubleshoot transmission errors, layout rejections, and connectivity issues during the cutover phases. - Establish and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) for data quality and submission timeliness during the supplier migration lifecycle. - Data Management & Analytics - Design and implement analytics dashboards to monitor transaction volumes, rejection rates, and data quality metrics pre- and post-F6 migration. - Perform root-cause analysis on anomalous data patterns, dropped claims, or mapping failures resulting from the layout change. - Partner with data engineering teams to optimize database schemas and ETL pipelines to ingest and process the heavier, more complex F6 data payloads.
