In the NOCD app, Members can quickly access and schedule live, face-to-face video therapy sessions with our national network of licensed Therapists that specialize in Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP) - considered the "gold standard" in OCD treatment. Chicago-Hybrid (3X a week) Opportunity Overview NOCD is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our rapidly growing digital health team and help expand access to effective OCD treatment. You will work closely with engineering leadership, product, design, and clinical teams to build and scale systems that improve measurable outcomes for real patients and clinicians. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, enjoys solving meaningful problems, and wants to work on technology that makes a genuine difference in people’s lives. You will influence architecture decisions, build and enhance full-stack features, and contribute to a scalable technical foundation as we grow. Walmart sites experience enormous load during November sales events and other special events. We need help with scaling, developing features & automating our deployments in LIVE. This is a remote role, not in the office. The team you are working with is distributed across the world, but the main working hours are US Pacific time. You will communicate via Slack, email, and Zoom meetings.
