Qualifications - Native or fluent Czech language skills, both spoken and written, are essential for this role — all customer interactions will be conducted in Czech. - A valid EU passport or appropriate documentation confirming the right to work within the European Union is mandatory. - Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the tourism, travel, hospitality, or related industry, is highly desirable. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally and empathetically with a diverse international customer base. - Good working knowledge of English to facilitate effective collaboration with internal teams and management. - Comfortable working remotely with a reliable internet connection, a quiet working environment, and a high level of self-motivation and organisational discipline. - Proficiency with standard computer applications and CRM tools; the ability to learn new systems quickly is a definite advantage.
