Under general direction, the incumbent devises or modifies systems, processes and/or procedures to solve moderate to complex business problems and plays a key role in the digital transformation specifically utilizing JOTFORM. RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: JOTFORM Support and Development - Work closely with a cross functional team to create Jotform solutions to drive efficiencies. In some cases the Jotform may be of moderate to highly complex with multiple conditions . - Maintain and develop a job queue Jotform requests - Develop intergations to existing platforms. Oracle. OnBase. SFDC. - Work across the organization to integrate and maintain data sources and structure - Understand how potential integration of Jotform could enhance workflow Cross Functional Support of JOTFORM Ecosystem - Collaborate with cross functional teams to create efficiencies and improve processes - Devise systems and/or process solutions to solve complex business problems - Work with key business strategy owners to ensure alignment of technology applications and business strategy. Work cross functionally to guide and advise IT, Marketing and Sales on field requirements to drive efficiency and revenue - Advise and facilitate launching of updates and rollovers - Project execution and project implementation - Test and troubleshoot Jotofrms and work cross functionally to advise and guide IT, Marketing and Sales owners to resolution Revenue Enablement - Work with sales management to support sales strategy initiatives and business priorities - Sales analysis and metrics reporting as necessary to support sales management and independent sales representatives - Work with our Sales, IT and Marketing Teams to ensure success - Work closely with IT, Sales and Marketing leadership to ensure high adoption and engagement in best practice activity JOB REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATIONS: Note that (i) computer literacy and working-level skill with the basic MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer), (ii) good verbal and written communication skills, (iii) good interpersonal skills, and (iv) the ability to work well both individually and in a team environment are default requirements for all Jostens exempt and salaried nonexempt employees. Required: - Advanced English - B.S. degree in business, IT support, marketing, or related field. - 2+ years of demonstrated experience and knowledge of JOTFORM - Broad knowledge of JOTFORM business widgets and elements. - Highly detailed and process oriented. Systems thinking. - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to effectively participate on cross-functional teams and across, up and down the organization - Ability to use project management discipline to plan, track, execute and communicate project process - Ability to provide solutions and ideas and consider a broad range of internal and external factors in solving problems - Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with the highest degree of professional responsibility. - Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
