Role Description Controlar y dar seguimiento al proceso administrativo de ingreso y habilitación de trabajadores, verificando la concordancia entre contratos, sistemas ERP o plataformas de Recursos Humanos y registros internos de personal. El cargo deberá detectar oportunamente diferencias, omisiones o inconsistencias, generar alertas y realizar seguimiento hasta su regularización. - Monitorear el estado de enrolamiento, registro y habilitación de trabajadores en los sistemas utilizados por la empresa. - Realizar seguimiento a contratos pendientes de elaboración, firma, validación o carga. - Verificar que toda persona con contrato listo o firmado se encuentre correctamente registrada en la plataforma de personal correspondiente. - Cruzarse bases de datos por RUT, nombre, cliente, centro de costo, cargo, fecha de ingreso u otros campos de control. - Detectar registros duplicados, información incompleta, diferencias entre sistemas, errores de digitación o trabajadores pendientes de habilitación. - Levantar alertas a Reclutamiento, Contratación, Operaciones, Control de Asistencia, Remuneraciones o al área responsable. - Mantener actualizado el control de incidencias y realizar seguimiento hasta confirmar su regularización y cierre. - Elaborar reportes diarios y semanales sobre contratos, registros, observaciones y casos pendientes. - Preparar una entrega de turno clara, dejando trazabilidad de las gestiones, prioridades y pendientes. - Resguardar la confidencialidad de los antecedentes personales, contractuales y laborales revisados. - Proponer mejoras simples en los controles, reportes y procedimientos administrativos del área. Qualifications - Título Técnico de Nivel Superior en Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas o carrera relacionada. - Experiencia mínima de 1 año en funciones administrativas, contratación, control documental, administración de personal o Recursos Humanos. - Experiencia utilizando algún ERP, software o plataforma de gestión de Recursos Humanos, registro de personal o control de asistencia. - Excel nivel intermedio comprobable. - Disponibilidad para trabajar en cualquiera de los turnos definidos. Requirements - Renta: $750.000 Líquidos - Horario de trabajo: Lunes a viernes 07:00 a 15:00 ó de 15:00 a 23:00, según programación interna.
