Job Description
Staff Product Manager
Headway
1 in 4 people in the US have a treatable mental health condition, but most providers don't accept insurance, making therapy too expensive for most people. Headway’s mission is to fix this by building a new mental healthcare system everyone can access. We started by solving the biggest barrier to care: insurance. The admin work - credentialing, claims, payment reconciliation - is a nightmare. We've automated that. But we're going further. Over 75,000 providers across all 50 states run their practice on our software, serving over 1 million patients. We are building the best tools for therapists to run their entire practice, reimagining the experience of finding a therapist, and investing in the platform foundations to enable this at scale. We aren't just a billing layer; we are becoming the platform where care actually happens. We're a Series D company with $325M+ in funding (a16z, Accel, Spark Capital, etc.), looking for exceptional people to help us achieve this mission. We want your time here to be the most meaningful experience of your career. Join us, and help change mental healthcare for the better. About This RoleWe're looking for Staff PMs who are curious about what AI makes possible and eager to build in an environment where it's a core part of the toolkit — not a side project. We are hiring across Patient, Provider, Payer, and Platform. The right candidates will bring strong product fundamentals and a willingness to build with AI in a regulated, high-stakes industry. Staff PMs at Headway own product areas end-to-end: setting strategy, partnering deeply with engineering, data science, and design, and driving outcomes that move the company. AI is changing how we build at Headway, and the size of opportunity for Headway to leverage AI is massive. We sit at the intersection of healthcare delivery, complex insurance systems, and a multi-sided marketplace serving tens of thousands of providers and millions of patients. AI is increasingly part of how we solve these problems — and we want PMs who are energized by that, whether they're deep in AI already or strong product thinkers ready to learn. The Problems We're SolvingFor PatientsFinding the right therapist, understanding your insurance benefits, and staying in care shouldn't be hard. Today it is. We're building AI-powered matching and personalized care navigation that help patients get into — and stay in — mental health care at scale. One million patients a month ask for a referral to a mental health provider. We're building the systems that ensure they actually get there. For ProvidersTherapists spend a staggering amount of time on administrative tasks — credentialing, documentation, scheduling, billing — instead of with their patients. We're using AI to automate clinical workflows, simplify complex insurance requirements, and give providers more time to do what they came here to do. The goal: a thriving practice on Headway that practically runs itself. For PayersHealth insurers are asking harder questions: Is care on Headway actually working? Is it worth what we're paying? We're using AI to answer them at scale — measuring clinical outcomes, building dashboards that demonstrate responsible care, and moving toward a model where patients are matched to the right care pathways and providers are aligned around better outcomes. This work protects Headway's standing with insurers and opens doors to deeper, more strategic partnerships. For PlatformThe infrastructure underneath Headway — billing, claims, payments, and trust and safety — needs to scale reliably at the speed of our growth. We’re using AI to automate complex, high-volume workflows, detect fraud and errors faster, and build systems that get smarter over time. This is foundational infrastructure with direct impact on Headway's economics and compliance posture. What You'll Do at Headway - Define and own the product strategy for your area in partnership with engineering, design, data, clinical, and operations teams - Apply AI where it matters: identify where intelligence creates step-change improvements in your product area and drive those bets from insight through production - Set and own clear success metrics; communicate results and course-correct with urgency - Represent the voice of your customer — patient, provider, or health plan — with conviction in every decision, grounded in data and direct research You'd Be a Great Fit If… - You have 8+ years of product management experience with a track record of owning complex, high-impact product areas - You have experience with LLM systems — prompting, retrieval, evaluation, fine-tuning — and a track record of shipping AI-powered products that hold up at scale, not demos. - You've built at scale in a marketplace, platform, or data-intensive environment — and can show the outcomes you drove - You're energized by working in regulated, complex industries and see constraints as a product design challenge rather than a blocker - You can influence across engineering, clinical, legal, finance, and operations — and you're equally comfortable in the data and in the room - You have strong quantitative fluency and can partner with data scientists on experiment design and causal analysis - You communicate with precision — in writing, in product reviews, and with senior leadership Compensation and Benefits: The expected base pay range for this position is $212,000 - $265,000, based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for an equity grant, depending on the position and level. We are committed to offering a comprehensive and competitive total rewards package, including robust health and wellness benefits, retirement savings, and meaningful ownership opportunities through equity. Compensation decisions are made holistically, ensuring fairness and alignment with market benchmarks while recognizing individual contributions and potential. - Benefits offered include: - Equity compensation - Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage - HSA / FSA - 401K - Work-from-Home Stipend - Therapy Reimbursement - 16-week parental leave for eligible employees - Carrot Fertility annual reimbursement and membership - 13 paid holidays each year as well as a Holiday Break during the week between December 25th and December 31st - Flexible PTO - Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - Training and professional development #LI-EM1 We believe a team's strength is in its people, and we cannot achieve this mission without a team that reflects the diversity of this problem – across race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, age, national origin, religion, family status, disability, military status, and experience. Headway is committed to the full inclusion of all qualified individuals. As part of this commitment, Headway will ensure that persons with disabilities are provided with reasonable accommodations. If reasonable accommodation is needed to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and/or receive other benefits and privileges of employment, please inform the recruiter when they contact you to schedule your interview. Senior Manager, Product Marketing - Telecommunications
ServiceNowServiceNow provides cloud-based services that automate enterprise information technology operations. As an employer, ServiceNow offers a challenging, collaborat
Company Description It all started when engineer Fred Luddy wrote code that automated a tedious task for his coworker, Phyllis. She cried tears of joy. That moment inspired Fred to build a company that could do that for everyone-freeing people from busywork so they could focus on meaningful work. Today, ServiceNow is the AI control tower for business reinvention. Our ServiceNow AI platform brings together any AI, any data, and any workflow- helping 85% of the Fortune 500® work smarter, faster, and better. We're building an AI-native culture where technology and talent are unstoppable together. And we're just getting started. Join us to put AI to work for people. Job Description The Role Telco product marketing is a craft unto itself. The product portfolio runs deep, the buyers are sophisticated, and the pace of innovation keeps you sharp. What this role demands is someone who can hold two things at once: a deep command of the product marketing craft and a genuine understanding of what's keeping a VP of Network Operations or a Chief Digital Officer up at night. As Senior Manager of Product Marketing for Telecommunications, you'll be the connective tissue between our product teams and the market-translating what we build into narratives that land with telco buyers, equipping sales to win, and ensuring every release cycle produces content and messaging that actually moves pipeline. And you'll do all of it with an AI-first mindset. Not as a side experiment-as the way you work. The expectation is that AI is woven into how you research, write, launch, and enable. You'll set the pace for what modern product marketing looks like inside ServiceNow. What You'll Do - Own the product narrative for Telecom. Develop and maintain crisp, compelling messaging for ServiceNow's telecommunications product portfolio-connecting capabilities to the outcomes telco buyers care about most. That means going beyond feature lists to articulate why it matters, who it's for, and why ServiceNow is the only platform that can deliver it at scale. - Drive release cycles from product to market. Partner with product management to stay ahead of the roadmap, translate new capabilities into market-ready messaging, and orchestrate launches that create real momentum-not just internal announcements. Use AI tools to accelerate content production across each release cycle so your team is never the bottleneck. - Create the messaging that powers sales. Develop the positioning, proof points, competitive differentiators, and narrative frameworks that feed into sales assets across the field-giving teams a clear, consistent story to tell in every telco conversation. Use AI to keep that messaging sharp, current, and easy to activate as the product and competitive landscape evolve. - Support active sales cycles with expert positioning. Be the product marketing partner the field can call on when a deal gets complicated. You'll bring sharp positioning, competitive clarity, and deep product knowledge to the moments that matter most. - Translate the competitive landscape into clear differentiation. Monitor telco-specific competitors and adjacent players. Use AI-powered research tools to synthesize signals faster and maintain positioning that's always grounded in what's real in the market-not last quarter's intel. Why This Matters ServiceNow's telco portfolio is growing-and the opportunity to define how the industry thinks about workflow transformation, AI-powered operations, and customer experience reinvention is wide open. This role sits at the intersection of product depth and market credibility, and the person who fills it will shape how we show up to one of the world's most complex and fast-moving industries. If you've been waiting for a role that lets you bring your full product marketing toolkit to an industry you know well-and do it in a way that looks nothing like how product marketing was done five years ago-this is it. Qualifications To be successful in this role you have: - 7+ years in B2B product marketing or industry marketing, with meaningful exposure to the telecommunications vertical. - Proven experience in product marketing-you know the craft. Positioning frameworks, messaging hierarchies, launch planning, sales enablement, competitive analysis: these aren't new concepts to you. You've done the work and have the launches to show for it. - Real familiarity with the telecommunications industry. You don't need to learn what BSS/OSS modernization means or why network operations teams are under pressure. You've been close enough to the industry-as a practitioner, vendor, or dedicated vertical marketer-to walk into a room with a telco buyer and be credible immediately. - A track record of partnering with product and sales to drive pipeline-not just awareness. You measure success in deals influenced and sales cycles accelerated, not content pieces published. - The ability to make complex products feel simple. You can take a technically rich platform capability and distill it into a message that resonates with a business buyer who has 15 minutes and a very specific problem to solve. - AI is already central to how you work-and you can prove it. You've rebuilt your workflow around AI tools in the last 12 months. Research, drafting, competitive monitoring, asset creation, release content-AI is in all of it. You can speak specifically to what changed, what you stopped doing manually, and how it made your output better and faster. - You think in systems, not one-off tasks. You don't just use AI for individual pieces of content-you build AI-assisted workflows that your whole team can run. Repeatable, scalable, and high-quality output is the standard you hold yourself and others to. - Strong cross-functional instincts. You're effective influencing product managers, field sales leaders, and demand generation teams-without direct authority over any of them. FD21 For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $165,500 - $289,600, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
