Role Description Welo Data recherche des réviseurs qualité expérimentés pour participer à un projet majeur de création de données d'entraînement pour l'intelligence artificielle, mené en collaboration avec l'une des principales plateformes mondiales d'IA vocale. En tant que Vérificateur de transcriptions audio – français, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans l'amélioration de la manière dont l'IA comprend les utilisateurs et interagit avec eux à l'échelle mondiale. Vous serez chargé de garantir l'exactitude des transcriptions et leur conformité aux normes de qualité du projet. - Vérifier l'exactitude de transcriptions correspondant à de courts extraits audio d'environ 5 secondes et s'assurer qu'elles respectent les consignes du projet. - Valider les transcriptions correctes ou rejeter celles qui comportent des erreurs, en fournissant des commentaires écrits précis et directement exploitables. - Identifier et corriger les erreurs de ponctuation, de mise en forme et d'application du guide de style. - Accompagner les analystes en leur fournissant des retours constructifs afin d'améliorer la qualité globale des transcriptions. - Signaler au responsable du projet les problèmes récurrents nécessitant une résolution. Qualifications - Maîtrise du français : niveau langue maternelle ou quasi maternelle. - Compétences linguistiques : excellentes capacités rédactionnelles et maîtrise approfondie de la grammaire, de la ponctuation et des conventions stylistiques. - Expérience : expérience préalable en contrôle qualité, révision, correction, assurance qualité de transcriptions ou dans un domaine similaire. - Souci du détail : excellente capacité à repérer les erreurs subtiles de mise en forme et les écarts par rapport aux consignes. - Équipement technique : ordinateur fiable, casque audio de bonne qualité et connexion Internet stable. - Capacité à formuler des retours constructifs : aptitude à fournir des commentaires écrits clairs, précis et professionnels. - Capacité d'apprentissage : une connaissance des outils d'annotation ou d'assurance qualité linguistique constitue un atout, mais n'est pas obligatoire. - Disponibilité de 10 à 20 heures par semaine pendant une période pouvant aller jusqu'à 6 semaines.
