• Lead Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams while ensuring timely project delivery • Track Agile metrics, including sprint velocity, burndown, and delivery progress • Manage backlogs, dependencies, and blocker resolution • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution • Prepare delivery reports and communicate project status to stakeholders • Support migration, modernization, and cloud transformation initiatives • Utilize Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools to manage project delivery

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews / demos, and retrospectives. • Maintain clear sprint boards, dashboards, RAID logs, dependency tracking, and delivery status reporting in Jira and DevOps / Azure DevOps. • Coach teams on Agile behaviours, including sprint goals, estimation, story clarity, acceptance criteria, Definition of Ready, and Definition of Done. • Work closely with Product Owners, Delivery Managers, Engineering Leads, Business Analysts, Test Leads, and stakeholders to keep work prioritised and ready for delivery. • Track blockers, risks, dependencies, and key decisions, ensuring they are escalated through the right delivery forums and resolved in a timely manner. • Support PI / release planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART alignment, and continuous improvement across distributed teams where required. • Improve story quality, estimation discipline, backlog hygiene, sprint predictability, and follow-through from retrospectives. • Ensure delivery reporting is clear, evidence-based, and reliable.

Role Description A typical day in the life of a Project Manager/Scrum Master may include: - Leading Agile delivery across one or more teams (planning, refinement, reviews, retrospectives). - Partnering with product owners, technical leads, and stakeholders to define priorities, scope, and acceptance criteria. - Building and maintaining delivery plans, including infrastructure, security, or networking initiatives. - Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors or managed service providers on timelines and dependencies. - Tracking progress using Agile and project metrics (e.g., sprint goals, velocity, delivery health). - Identifying and resolving risks, dependencies, and impediments — including those across systems and third parties. - Communicating progress, risks, and outcomes to the PMO and stakeholders. - Ensuring alignment with governance, regulatory, and security requirements. - Maintaining clear project documentation and promoting built in quality. - Adapting to shifting priorities while maintaining transparency and accountability. - Supporting a collaborative, high performing team environment and continuous improvement. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field. - PMP, CPM, CSM, SAFe, or similar certification preferred. - 5+ years of experience in project management or Agile delivery. - 2+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience. - Experience supporting infrastructure, security, or networking initiatives. - Experience working with vendors and/or managed service providers. - Strong understanding of Agile principles and delivery practices. - Skilled in managing scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks. - Comfortable balancing Agile delivery with PMO and governance expectations. - Proficient with tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including with technical teams and external partners. - Ability to translate business objectives into actionable delivery plans. - Organized, adaptable, and able to work independently.
