Client retention is a top key performance indicator, reflecting your success in maintaining long-term client satisfaction and results. - Radical Transparency in Programming: Design effective, customized workout plans and provide nutritional or macronutrient guidance, ensuring clients have clear and transparent pathways to success. - Extreme Ownership in Team Collaboration: Lead bi-weekly virtual team huddles, participate in weekly team meetings, and host virtual onboarding calls and routine 1-on-1s, taking full responsibility for the success of your clients and the team.
