Role Description Teach one or more General Education English courses (composition or literature) during the 2026-2027 academic year on the main campus, online, or at one of the offsite campuses for an Early College program. • Deliver as-needed virtual DevResults trainings to INL implementers, covering system navigation, report template completion, and submission process in accordance with established training protocols. • Provide tailored coaching and troubleshooting support to users, including follow-on assistance for implementers experiencing challenges after initial trainings. • Ensure implementers input complete and accurate performance data into the DevResults system by reinforcing best practices and guidance during trainings. • Assist in maintaining the scheduled sessions, communicating with implementers, and distributing training material and follow-on resources.

Tutors support students in mastering course content through various formats, including homework assistance, test preparation, and skill-building. The goal is to help students develop effective learning strategies and academic confidence. We're currently seeking in-person tutoring support in the following subject areas: - Accounting/Business - English Language Learners (ELL) - Higher level mathatics college algebra, and higher - Chemistry and higher-level sciences Tutoring may occur in embedded class settings, walk-in sessions, or online formats. Tutors will work individually or in small groups and are expected to document their sessions. Additionally, tutors may be asked to design and lead success workshops related to their subject area. Professional Tutors are also expected to pursue ongoing professional development, including continuing education and participation in trainings and meetings. Work hours will vary, with a maximum of 10 hours per week. This position will be 80% online, with 20% of work on campus - safe at work guidelines must be followed. Tutors may be assigned to different campus or center locations.
