Quality Engineering Solutions, Inc. (QES) is seeking a Pavement Engineer to support and lead pavement management and rehabilitation design projects for municipal, county, airport, and private-sector clients nationwide. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys data-driven analysis, practical rehabilitation design, and hands-on involvement in pavement evaluation and management programs. Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering
- Minimum of five years of pavement engineering experience
- Master of Science degree in civil engineering with pavement/materials emphasis preferred
- Strong understanding of pavement management principles, rehabilitation design, and pavement evaluation methods
- Experience with PCI surveys, pavement management systems, and rehabilitation strategy development
- Familiarity with pavement design methods (AASHTO, MEPDG, FAA) and materials characterization
- Excellent technical writing and communication skills

The Engineering Applications Analyst will be the primary connection between the IT department and the Engineering community. This role involves acting as a mediator, facilitator, and advocate for the customer to resolve issues effectively.
