Senior Fullstack Engineer
Pragmatike
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using NestJS • Architect APIs, caching layers, queues, and distributed services for high-performance SaaS applications • Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST APIs (SOAP experience is a plus) • Collaborate closely with frontend and product teams to deliver end-to-end product features • Improve application performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability • Contribute to engineering best practices, code quality, and technical architecture decisions • Leverage AI-assisted development workflows to accelerate implementation, testing, and debugging • Take ownership of features from design through production in a fast-moving startup environment
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building production SaaS applications
- Strong expertise with NestJS (mandatory)
- Experience with Redis, caching strategies, and queuing systems such as RabbitMQ or equivalent
- Strong experience with TypeORM
- Good knowledge of Next.js and Tailwind CSS
- Proven experience designing and integrating REST APIs
- Experience building scalable backend systems with asynchronous architectures
- Fluent English with strong communication skills
- Ability to effectively use AI coding assistants to accelerate development and debugging workflows
- Familiarity with open-source AI frameworks and modern coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or similar
- Ownership mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
