The minimum qualifications for this role are: - Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales experience. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration. - Demonstrated business acumen. - Demonstrated success in influence and negotiation skills. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Strong verbal, interpersonal and listening skills. - Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team member to deliver results. - Demonstrated self-starter and highly motivated. - Ability to travel throughout territory (may include overnight travel). - Must reside in territory geography. - Must possess a valid Driver's License and an acceptable driving record. - Authorization and ability to drive a Company leased vehicle or authorized rental vehicle. - Professional or Senior leveling will be based on years of relevant pharmaceutical sales experience. - Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
