• Diseñar, implantar y evolucionar plataformas Kubernetes para entornos corporativos • Administrar y operar clústeres Kubernetes en entornos On-Premise y Cloud • Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de migración de aplicaciones y middleware hacia plataformas cloud-native • Automatizar el despliegue y la operación de plataformas mediante metodologías GitOps • Definir estándares de arquitectura, operación y seguridad para plataformas Kubernetes • Diseñar e implantar servicios comunes de plataforma (Ingress, Service Mesh, almacenamiento, observabilidad, registro de imágenes, gestión de secretos, etc.) • Implantar medidas de hardening y seguridad sobre la plataforma Kubernetes • Garantizar la disponibilidad, escalabilidad, resiliencia y rendimiento de la plataforma • Automatizar la provisión de infraestructura mediante Infraestructura como Código (IaC) • Colaborar con los equipos de desarrollo, arquitectura, infraestructura y ciberseguridad para facilitar la adopción de la plataforma • Definir procedimientos operativos, estándares técnicos y buenas prácticas • Gestionar incidencias de alta complejidad y liderar iniciativas de mejora continua • Evaluar nuevas tecnologías relacionadas con plataformas cloud-native y contenerización.
Job Requirements
- Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones o titulación equivalente
- Más de 5 años de experiencia en administración e ingeniería de plataformas Linux y Cloud
- Al menos 3 años de experiencia administrando plataformas Kubernetes en entornos empresariales
- Experiencia en proyectos de migración y modernización de aplicaciones
- Experiencia en automatización de infraestructuras y despliegues
- Experiencia en plataformas de misión crítica y alta disponibilidad
- Idiomas: Inglés B2 medio
- Experiencia sólida en Kubernetes y tecnologías de contenerización (Docker, CRI-O o containerd)
- Conocimientos en automatización y GitOps mediante Argo CD, Flux CD, Git y herramientas CI/CD como Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions o Azure DevOps, así como experiencia en Infraestructura como Código (Terraform y Ansible)
- Experiencia en plataformas Cloud y On-Premise, especialmente en Azure AKS, AWS EKS y entornos Kubernetes corporativos
- Se valorarán conocimientos de Red Hat OpenShift, Google GKE y Nutanix Kubernetes Platform
- Conocimientos de servicios de plataforma y redes: Ingress Controllers, Service Mesh, CoreDNS, Network Policies, Load Balancing, Persistent Volumes, CSI Drivers y registros de imágenes como Harbor o Quay
- Experiencia en herramientas de observabilidad y monitorización como Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, Fluent Bit/Fluentd y OpenTelemetry
- Conocimientos de seguridad en Kubernetes, incluyendo hardening, RBAC, Pod Security Standards, gestión de secretos, Cert-Manager, escaneo de vulnerabilidades, certificados TLS y DevSecOps
- Experiencia en Linux (Red Hat, SUSE o equivalentes), scripting con Bash y Python, y administración de redes TCP/IP.
