Senior C++ Software Engineer
Pine Software
• Work on ultra-low-latency ingestion pipelines, processing up to 1M messages per second with microsecond-to-millisecond latency. • Design and develop core market data components using modern C++23. • Optimize data ingestion pipelines for extreme throughput and low latency. • Make key architectural decisions for system scalability and reliability. • Conduct rigorous code reviews focusing on performance, memory safety, and correctness. • Deep dive into ZeroMQ and transition quickly into driving medium-to-major feature development.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in C++.
- Expertise in Modern C++ (17/20/23): Deep knowledge of concepts, coroutines, ranges, and multi-threading.
- Low-Latency & Concurrency: Strong background in lock-free programming, memory synchronization primitives, and high-throughput systems (100K–1M+ msg/sec).
- Solid understanding of microservice architecture and Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA).
- Nice to Have: Hands-on experience with ZeroMQ or high-performance messaging.
- Multi-language flexibility (Go/Python) and microservice infrastructure experience (PostgreSQL, K8s\Kubernetes).
- Experience with low-latency development, networking, binary serialization or financial markets.
