We are currently seeking a Oracle EBS Analyst to join our team in Atlanta (REMOTE), Georgia (US-GA), United States (US). Job Summary: Functional and Application Support Provide functional and data analysis support for Oracle E-Business Suite R12 modules including Financials, Procurement, Inventory, and Supply Chain Management (SCM). Participate in at least three full-cycle EBS implementations, including configuration, testing, data migration, and post-production support. Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring data integrity and timeliness of financial reporting. Analyze and troubleshoot ERP data flows across modules; identify and resolve cross-functional data dependencies. Ensure compliance with SOX, OMB A-123, and FASAB standards for internal controls and audit readiness. Document system configurations, data mappings, and business process flows in accordance with client change management protocols. Integration and System Tools Support integration of Oracle EBS with external systems using Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), APIs, XML Gateway, Web Services, and SFTP. Utilize tools such as Toad, SQL Developer, Excel (macros, Power Query), and Power BI for data analysis, visualization, and reporting. Develop and maintain Unix/Linux shell scripts for automation, data movement, and batch processing. Apply version control practices (Git, SVN) and maintain SDLC documentation aligned with federal IT standards. Assist with data cleansing, transformation, and validation for migration or reconciliation activities. Business Analysis and Collaboration Conduct business requirements gathering, process mapping, and fit-gap analysis for Oracle EBS enhancements or modernization efforts. Translate functional requirements into technical specifications for developers and integration teams. Perform root cause analysis and recommend process or data quality improvements. Create dashboards, visualizations, and data stories to communicate business insights to program and executive stakeholders. Collaborate with functional, technical, and cybersecurity teams to ensure seamless operation and security compliance. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), end-user training, and post-implementation stabilization. Operate under Agile or Waterfall methodologies, depending on project requirements. Federal Compliance and Data Governance Ensure data governance, integrity, and security in compliance with OMB, FISMA, FedRAMP, and Privacy Act requirements. Maintain alignment with NIST SP 800-53 and agency-specific IT security baselines. Support audit documentation, system change tracking, and continuous monitoring (ConMon) reviews. Ensure compliance with CFO Act, Treasury reporting, and OMB Circular A-123 controls. Contribute to Authority to Operate (ATO) documentation and security assessment activities. Interface with federal systems (e.g., DoD, Treasury, or other HHS components) ensuring secure data exchange and reporting. Utilize ServiceNow, SharePoint, and version control tools for change management, issue tracking, and documentation. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, One-and-one- half (1.5) years of additional experience can substitute for one (1) year of a typical degree program. Minimum 10 years of experience as an Oracle Application Data Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role supporting EBS R12 modules. Minimum 5 years of experience to include: Three full-cycle Oracle EBS implementations. Oracle Financials, Supply Chain, HRMS, or Projects modules. Month-end and year-end close processes and reconciliations. ERP data flows and cross-module dependencies. SOX compliance, audit support, and data governance. SQL, Toad, SQL Developer, Excel (macros/pivot tables), and Power BI. Experience integrating Oracle EBS with other systems using APIs, XML Gateway, or Web Services. Unix/Linux scripting, version control tools, and SDLC documentation. Analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Three full-cycle Oracle EBS implementations. Analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance Preferred Qualifications: Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Certified Implementation Specialist. Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) – Database or Developer track. Oracle Analytics Cloud Certified. Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or Agile Analyst (IIBA-AAC). Prior experience supporting HHS, DoD, or other federal agencies in financial or HR system environments. Knowledge of Federal Financial Management (FFM) processes, Procurement, and Asset Management. Familiarity with Oracle Scheduler, batch jobs, and automation tools. Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $107,156 - $248,048. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
