The Senior Consulting Associate provides project leadership expertise for custom products and solutions, applying subject matter expertise across multiple topics and industry areas. This role is responsible for managing and executing existing forecasting, quantitative modeling, and research projects, while also developing and managing customer relationships from product development through successful project execution. Lead and manage forecasting, quantitative modeling, and research projects, serving as project manager and/or project lead Utilize subject matter expertise to support and supplement analyst contributions on custom products Develop and manage customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle, from product development to execution and follow-up Meet utilization targets and contribute to the development of functional strategy Coordinate project teams across wireless, automotive, internal consulting, and other teams, including external contractors as needed Anticipate business challenges, regulatory or vendor issues, and recommend process, product, or service improvements Solve complex, high-impact problems with a high degree of autonomy; comfortable managing projects with notable risk and complexity Partner with the Executive Director of Consulting, North America on scoping new projects, resource planning, and budgeting Establish and manage subcontractor agreements Manage administrative tasks related to cost accounting and invoicing

This role will play a pivotal part in supporting various Nuclear Projects, overseeing the engineering tasks from initial planning to final design. As an Electrical Engineer 4, you'll be charged with developing complex engineering calculations and drawings, ensuring all work aligns with established regulations and criteria. Initiate and develop engineering calculations and studies. Prepare detailed engineering drawings conformed to project specifications. Conduct power system analysis including load flow and relay coordination studies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. Ensure compliance with applicable codes and design criteria. Support project planning and execution from inception to completion.

The Research Associate plays a crucial supporting role within the Government Renewal Project’s Programs and Research function. Working closely with the Director of Programs and Research and the Director of Strategic Initiatives, the Research Associate will gather, review, analyze, organize, and synthesize ideas, evidence, and inputs that will shape the Project’s public and stakeholder-facing products and deliverables related to federal government capacity and operational reforms. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, curious, and collaborative — someone who enjoys moving between research and analysis tasks, project coordination, and supporting day-to-day execution across multiple workstreams. Support program and research operations by drafting and updating project plans Track deliverables and external contributions Prepare and edit briefing materials Attend and/or help to organize virtual and in-person discussions, sessions, and workshops, and capturing takeaways Conduct literature reviews and summarizing key insights Help ensure smooth coordination among partners and internal teams This role requires excellent writing and analytical skills, strong attention to administrative details, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment with many moving parts.
