Role Description We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative to join Bungalow, a leading real estate investment, management, and rental platform revolutionizing the housing market. Their mission is to provide beautiful, flexible, and affordable housing options, ensuring everyone feels at home in their community. As the largest and fastest-growing rental company in the United States, we're on the lookout for a superstar and tech-savvy Sales Development Representative to join their team. - Contact and qualify cold and warm leads with phone calls - Create and strategically prioritize target account lists - Conduct high-level conversations with contacts at target accounts - Conduct lead follow-up activity based on marketing events and website inquiries - Act as the subject matter expert on a wide range of services - Successfully utilize multiple sales enablement tools simultaneously - Track all activity in a CRM - Work closely with internal teams to develop lead gen programs - Report to KPIs to leadership including calls, conversations, meetings booked, etc. Qualifications - A flair for sales process with documented success - Upbeat, enthusiastic, confident personality and attention to detail - Excellent listening skills and energetic phone presence - Professional, competitive, determined, and results-oriented - Flexible, open-minded, and able to deliver success despite ambiguity - Dedicated to tracking and improving performance and efficiency daily - Desire to learn a consultative approach to selling our products and services Requirements - 2-3 years prior sales experience in the real estate domain - Prior experience with CRM software (Close.com) - Bachelor’s degree a plus - Excellent internet for video calls and a working computer - Ability to work in the US time zones - Excellent English, including an understanding of a wide array of idioms - Be able to provide and schedule calls with a minimum of 3 references (corporate phone lines only) Benefits - Competitive compensation of ₱40,000 to ₱50,000 per month depending on the level of experience - Learning opportunities - Working in a great culture dedicated to building a business together Working Hours 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern Standard Time (US)

• Managing the development of solar PV and battery storage projects in Germany • Taking overall responsibility for the development of German projects through to ready-to-build (RTB) • Managing permitting activities (solar, BESS, and grid connection) and securing grid capacity, including coordinating grid connection solutions • Taking overall responsibility for development budgets, schedules, and project deliverables • Coordinating collaboration between the local development team, German regional management, and other internal stakeholders • Developing and maintaining relationships with landowners, permitting authorities, grid operators, advisors, and other relevant stakeholders • Identifying relevant stakeholders and involving them in process creation and adaptation activities • Communicating and coordinating planned process improvements and adjustments with the Team Lead • Managing relationships with landowners, municipalities, permitting authorities, internal teams, external partners, and grid operators.
• Plan and execute end-to-end O365 migrations • Drive tenant-to-tenant migration strategies • Manage Active Directory integration • Implement security and compliance controls • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for IT integration
