Role Description How will you make an impact? - Lead Finance Automation & AI Integration: Drive continuous process enhancements by identifying inefficiencies and deploying automation solutions to optimize workflows, ensuring streamlined finance operations that support company growth. Oversee automation opportunities within the finance area by assessing and prioritizing potential projects, and recommending effective solutions. Additionally, serve as the AI and technology champion within the Finance team, actively exploring AI-driven automation opportunities and identifying impactful use cases for AI in finance. Present these cases to the Finance team across DocPlanner to promote AI adoption across the organization. - Finance SaaS Advisor: Provide guidance on tools to enable Docplanner growth. Utilize AI-driven and machine learning solutions to deliver efficiencies, enhanced flexibility, accuracy, and ensure legal & statutory compliance. - Project Leadership: Lead and participate in cross-functional initiatives, such as M&A business, markets and product launches/changes; New Finance enhancements (implement new finance policies, reporting, updates, etc). - User Support, Training & Documentation: Create training materials and conduct workshops to promote systems adoptions and best practices. Maintain up-to-date documentation to support efficient systems usage across teams. Deliver primary assistance to users by resolving system problems and responding to inquiries.
