Job Description

Product Manager – Robotics

Airgas

• Develops and implements sales growth strategies. • Promote the BotX product line through joint customer visits, meetings, and regional alignment. • Work alongside Red-D-Arc District Managers to develop localized sales plans and target new accounts. • Serve as the subject matter expert on advanced welding and plasma cutting applications. • Create, implement, and lead comprehensive product and application training programs. • Determine ways to collate and present welding and production data. • Partner with fleet management and district teams to monitor equipment utilization and overall ROI metrics. • Manage complex internal and external stakeholder relationships.

Job Requirements

  • Advanced-level knowledge of welding and plasma cutting applications within collaborative robotics (cobots) environments.
  • Proven background in technical sales, product management, or business development within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of automated welding processes, robotic hardware, and manufacturing workflows.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Post secondary education equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, engineering or equivalent required.
  • Extensive experience (5+ years) in the field of welding automation may substitute for the education requirement.
  • Sales experience in industrial equipment rental or welding equipment sales/rental environment.
