• Analyze large volumes of data and synthesize insights from both the demand and supply sides of the HIV market to advance CHAI’s collaborations with suppliers, inform strategic decision-making, and assess the impact of CHAI’s work. • Manage the development and maintenance of key market intelligence communication materials for both internal and external audiences, including data visualizations, presentations, reports, and other communication products. • Identify, pilot, and operationalize AI-driven approaches to streamline market intelligence gathering, data processing, and content generation. • Serve as a resource for AI knowledge sharing within the HIV program, assisting other teams in adapting and integrating relevant AI solutions. • Develop and iterate quantitative models and analyzes to estimate the impact of market interventions. • Support data collection and interface with CHAI’s country teams to gather data for analysis and development of valuable market insights. • Support the development and dissemination of global forecasts of diagnostics and antiretroviral medicines, working closely with global partners and other CHAI teams. • Present analytical findings to internal and external audiences. • Provide ad hoc analytical support to various CHAI teams on HIV/AIDS-related questions. • Other responsibilities as requested by manager.

• Provide administrative and project tracking support to the clinical project team • Arrange and track system access for project team • Maintain and quality audit project documentation on project portals • Assist with preparation and shipment of clinical trial documentation • Maintain version and quality control of project documentation

• Serve as a member of the project team with primary responsibility for all documentation requirements in support of Global EDC Solutions tasks. • Assist project teams with validation tasks as requested, i.e., with the creation, production, printing and tracking of study documentation and controlled documents. • Create and execute validation test scripts as requested and document the test results. • Ensure quality of work. • Prioritize workload to meet specified completion dates. • Assist with the maintenance of validation metrics. • Carry out all activities according to Fortrea Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) and project specific conventions within the framework of Quality Management and Good Clinical Practice (GCP)/ICH guidelines. • Maintain accurate records of all work performed. • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Responsible for the preparation and submission of claims for accounts to ensure timely reimbursements. • Communicate with nursing facility staff, physician offices, and insurance companies to maintain payment deliverables for online claim submissions. • Follows established procedures to execute routine business support tasks under general supervision. • Develops effective relationships with all team members. • Conducts review and research of rejected claims and takes action for resolution. • Handles work backlog of denied claims for timely resubmission. • Ensures compliance with all government and regulatory requirements.
