Role Description The Director of Client Program Management provides strategic leadership for client programs within PharmaLogic’s Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO). This role oversees programs from early-stage development through commercialization ensuring alignment between client objectives and business priorities. - Establish program management strategies, oversee client portfolio performance, mitigate risks, and enable cross-functional decision-making across development, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, supply chain teams. - Lead and develop high-performing program management teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. - Establish project management framework to ensure successful execution of client projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with applicable quality and regulatory requirements.
