Job Description

Chief of Staff

ServiceTitan

• Own zero-to-one and jump ball work — high-priority initiatives that don't yet have a logical internal owner. • Drive them from framing through final recommendation or clean handoff. This means doing the IC work yourself: writing the memo, building the model, running the analysis. • Run the FinOps operating cadence — own the Finance Leadership Team meeting end-to-end (agenda, prep, accountability), design and run leadership onsites and All Hands, and manage goal tracking across the org, surfacing risks before they become problems. • Support the CFO's external customer relationships — both curated CFO community events and the one-on-one engagements that matter most to ServiceTitan's most strategic customers. • Own the logistics, prep, and follow-up that makes those touchpoints consistently high-quality. Over time, develop your own relationships in that network. • Be the person the CFO defaults to when something important needs to move fast and has no obvious owner.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years in management consulting, strategy & ops, or business partner-oriented FP&A, with meaningful time in an operating role where you owned outcomes, not just produced analysis
  • A track record of doing the IC work yourself; you can point to specific deliverables you personally drove from zero, including the framing, the output, and the outcome.
  • Demonstrated ability to work directly with C-suite or VP-level counterparts without a principal running point
  • Natural collaboration instincts; you get things done through relationships, not authority, and people find working with you easy
  • A high personal quality bar and genuine ambition to grow beyond this role.

Benefits

  • Flextime, recognition, and support for autonomous work: Flexible time off with ample learning and development opportunities to continue growing your career.
  • Comprehensive onboarding program, leadership training for Titans at all levels, and other programs and events.
  • Great work is rewarded through Bonusly, peer-nominated awards, and more.
  • Holistic health and wellness benefits: Company-paid medical, dental, and vision (with 100% employer paid options and 90% coverage for dependents), FSA and HSA, 401k match, and telehealth options including memberships to One Medical.
  • Support for Titans at all stages of life: Parental leave and support, up to $20k in fertility services (i.e. IUI and IVF), surrogacy, and adoption reimbursement, on demand maternity support through Maven Maternity, free breast milk shipping through Maven Milk, pet insurance, legal advisory services, financial planning tools, and more.
