Role Description As a Business Developer, you'll sell effectively using cutting-edge tools and become a key member of a fast-growing international startup. Your role will be to develop new relationships with restaurants and hotels across Italy (mainly via video calls, occasionally in person). - Relentlessly prospect new clients across every channel (phone, email, field, WhatsApp, events), leveraging your prospecting, networking and referral skills. - Make the CentralApp platform shine, positioning it as the must-have tool for entrepreneurs. - Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure a smooth, seamless client experience, from first contact through signature and the start of onboarding. - Champion our partners: keep active communication and take part in field events/actions with local partners and system integrators. - Stay close to the field: gather valuable market insights and help shape our offering around the needs of local Italian clients. - Become CentralApp's ambassador in the Italian market and proudly carry our mission: making digital accessible and powerful for every SME. Qualifications - Passionate about the restaurant and hospitality world: always on top of trends and you know where to find the best spots. - A solid understanding of how local businesses work and the challenges they face — we're here to support them. - Driven by human interaction, whatever the channel, and eager to help entrepreneurs grow. An attentive listener with contagious energy. - A talent for explaining complex tech concepts clearly and engagingly, making technology accessible to everyone. - Remarkable autonomy and rigour, while welcoming constructive feedback in a spirit of continuous improvement. - Native in Italian is essential; a good command of English is indispensable. Additional languages are a plus. - Previous experience in hospitality/restaurant or in SaaS for local businesses is an appreciated asset.
