Job Description
Senior Product Manager
Bamboo Health
• Develop deep expertise in Bamboo Health's Controlled Substance products, data assets, reporting solutions, customer workflows, and regulatory landscape. • Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Tableau, and other analytical tools to identify trends, customer needs, risks, and product opportunities. • Lead the discovery, prioritization, requirements definition, and delivery of reporting and data product enhancements from concept through adoption. • Partner with customers and customer-facing teams to understand needs, manage expectations, communicate tradeoffs, and distinguish between defects, enhancements, and future opportunities. • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Data Engineering, Architecture, and Customer Success teams to deliver scalable, customer-focused solutions. • Translate customer feedback, business needs, regulatory requirements, and data insights into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics. • Support roadmap decisions by evaluating customer impact, regulatory requirements, technical feasibility, operational considerations, and business value. • Contribute to data governance, reporting, metadata, and AI-enabled product initiatives that improve customer value and operational efficiency. • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), product documentation, data definitions, and customer-facing enablement materials. • Explore opportunities to enhance workflows through AI or automation tools (e.g., document summarization, task routing, or data parsing). • Identify repetitive tasks and partner with team leads to implement scalable automation solutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- 8+ years of experience in product management, product analytics, data analysis, or a related discipline, with demonstrated progression in scope and ownership.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, including the ability to independently query and analyze large, complex datasets.
- Proficiency with Tableau, including dashboard development, data visualization, and analytical storytelling.
- Experience translating business needs and data insights into product recommendations, requirements, and technical solutions.
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry such as healthcare, government, insurance, or financial services.
- Experience working with healthcare, pharmacy, public health, claims, or controlled substance data.
- Experience working with data governance frameworks, metadata management, data quality programs, reporting standards, or enterprise analytics initiatives.
- Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Experience supporting product discovery, roadmap planning, product delivery, or customer-facing product initiatives.
- Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards, healthcare regulations, or state government technology programs.
- Experience using Python or other analytical tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound judgment and creativity in designing solutions.
- A forward-thinking, curious mindset with an openness to experimenting with new technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly master a complex, highly regulated domain and establish credibility as a subject matter expert with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Active, demonstrated use of AI-supported tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar) to meaningfully accelerate product work — including research, drafting, analysis, and documentation. This is a requirement, not a nice-to-have.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly evolving environments.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment, ensuring high-quality virtual interactions with minimal distractions.
- The ability to travel periodically for work.

Integrations Product Manager
Common GreatForward-looking fundraising strategy, campaigns, and technology that get results.
• Define the integrations and platform strategy and roadmap — the surface area that determines whether customers trust our data enough to run their GTM on it • Make reliability a product outcome, not an afterthought: uptime, data freshness, and accuracy customers never have to think about — and fast, legible triage when something does break • Ship AI agent workflows and APIs that move real GTM work across customer systems end-to-end: enrichment, sync, signal-to-action — not demos, production • Own a small set of customer relationships directly, and turn what you learn — especially where integrations make or break a renewal — into product bets the whole company can rally behind • Partner with engineering and design to make complex capabilities feel simple — self-serve integration setup a non-technical RevOps lead can actually configure, sync behavior a data team can actually trust • The instinct to complete the swing — shipping is the midpoint, not the finish line, and you'll own the work through migrations, deprecations, enablement, and the Sales and CS feedback loop that turns features into retained revenue • Raise the bar on product craft across the team — through the work you ship and the way you operate
• Own and sequence the net-new supplier integration pipeline against the booking-coverage goal, making the trade-off calls on what ships next • Run partner technical calls, defining exactly what each integration needs • Partner tightly with the senior integration engineers to unblock builds and chase partner side issues to the finish when an API doesn't work as documented • Co-own the booking-coverage number with the supplier GM and partner closely on the supplier sales side • Turn one-off integrations into reusable interfaces and patterns so each new partner ships faster than the last • Manage many partners in parallel, sequencing dependencies and delays across a concurrent roadmap
