• A Medical Principal performs medical review and case management activities. • Provides clinical insight to the organization through peer review, benefit review, consultation, and service to internal and external customers. • Serves as a clinical educator and consultant to utilization management, case management, network, contracting, pharmacy, and service operations (claims). • Performs benefit-driven medical necessity reviews for coverage, case management, and claims resolution, using benefit plan information, applicable federal and state regulations, clinical guidelines, and best practice principles. • Works to achieve quality outcomes for customers/members with a focus on service and cost. • Improves clinical outcomes through daily interactions with health care professionals using active listening, education, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Serve as functional training lead for assigned applications or workstreams • Develop, maintain, and update role-based curricula, training materials, and reference tools • Support training readiness activities, including needs assessments and deployment preparation • Provide guidance, mentoring, and quality oversight to Credentialed Trainers to ensure consistent training delivery standards • Partner with operational and clinical stakeholders to align training with real-world workflows and change impacts • Identify training risks and gaps and recommend mitigation strategies • Participate in implementation activities including testing, dress rehearsals, and go-live support • Contribute to continuous improvement of training standards, processes, and delivery models

• Support Sr Principal Trainers in developing and maintaining role-based curricula and training materials • Assist with training readiness activities including environment validation, content reviews, and deployment preparation • Participate in training delivery and provide support during instructor-led sessions • Collaborate with Clinical Informatics, Operations, IT, and Learning & Development teams • Ensure training materials reflect current workflows and system functionality • Support go-live activities, including at-the-elbow support and issue escalation • Identify opportunities to improve training content and learner experience

Role Description This position will report to a Sr. Manager or Director of Internal Audit and will be responsible for conducting audits and related activities in accordance with an annual audit plan prepared by the VP of Internal Audit and approved by the LivaNova Audit Committee. - Assists and supports the organization in complying with, as well as the ongoing preparation, testing and monitoring of conformance to, the requirements of government regulations and/or regulatory agencies. - Performs evaluation of internal operations, controls, communications, risk assessments and maintenance of documentation as related to regulatory compliance and recommends appropriate changes. - Conducts and facilitates internal and external audits to identify, evaluate, disclose and appropriately remedy risks and deficiencies. - Coordinates the preparation of and may prepare document packages for regulatory submissions from all areas of company as well as for internal and external audits and inspections. - May serve as point of contact for interactions with regulatory agencies for defined matters. Qualifications - Three to five years in public accounting or in an internal audit role with exposure to U.S. listed companies. - Mastery of the English language and excellent oral and written communication skills. - Prefer CIA or CPA or equivalent certifications. - Experience in analyzing and evaluating internal controls and operational systems. - Experience with data analytics in an audit environment. - Solid knowledge of U.S. GAAP. - Knowledge of AuditBoard and SAP is a plus. - Experience in a manufacturing and/or regulatory environment is a plus. - International mindset and cross-cultural working attitude.
