MarTech Operations Specialist
History Factory
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Operations Specialist to own, administer, and continuously improve the marketing and sales technology stack that powers History Factory's growth. You'll receive clear business priorities and translate them into working systems: Automated workflows Integrated data pipelines Clean contact databases Dashboards that provide visibility into performance HubSpot is the core of our stack. If you don't love living inside HubSpot, this role isn't for you. If you do, you'll have plenty to build: Connecting Seamless.AI and Workamajig to HubSpot Configuring detailed analytics data and creating reports/dashboards within HubSpot Orchestrating lead routing and drip campaigns Coordinating web updates with our external development partner You'll report directly to our Client Partner Strategist, with a dotted-line relationship to our Head of Technology for integration architecture support.
Job Requirements
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a marketing operations, marketing technology, or revenue operations role
- Advanced proficiency with HubSpot CRM: specifically Sales Hub workflows, contact/company properties, lists, pipelines, sequences, dashboards, and reporting
- HubSpot Marketing Software or Inbound Certification strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience building integrations between marketing/sales tools using Zapier, native connectors, or similar middleware
- Experience managing and importing data from a sales intelligence platform (Seamless.AI, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or equivalent)
- Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to diagnosing and resolving issues in complex, multi-tool data environments
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort operating with autonomy in a small team
- Build and maintain the bidirectional data sync between HubSpot and Workamajig using Zapier
- Configure and manage the Seamless.AI integration with HubSpot
- Manage the WordPress-to-HubSpot connection via Gravity Forms
- Oversee the LinkedIn Ads integration with HubSpot
- Evaluate and implement new tools or integrations that support long-term growth
- Own Google Analytics 4 from configuration through reporting
- Identify and close tracking gaps between GA4, HubSpot, and our WordPress site
- Produce regular reports on website traffic, lead generation performance, email campaign metrics, and sales funnel health
- Serve as the internal technical point of contact for historyfactory.com and related websites
- Review and QA web updates, form configurations, and tracking implementations
- Coordinate with external SEO and analytics partners
- Preferred Qualifications
- HubSpot Sales Software or Operations Hub Certification
- Experience with Workamajig or a comparable creative/agency project management platform
- Experience in a professional services, creative agency, or B2B services environment
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
- Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and its CRM integration capabilities
- Familiarity with data privacy and compliance considerations

- This role is a hands-on specialist position for someone who enjoys building, fixing, and improving systems. It is execution-focused with clear business priorities provided by internal stakeholders.
- This role is not a marketing strategy role, a web developer position, or a senior architect/manager role.
- Salary Range
- $60,000–$75,000 (commensurate with experience and location)
