• We build and run cloud platforms for our clients. • A lot of the time that means standing up a reusable Terraform foundation and adapting it for each client and environment. • You'd own these platforms: design them, build them from an empty subscription, keep them running, and act as the person who actually knows how the whole thing fits together. • This is a senior role with a lot of trust attached. • The clients differ, the topologies differ, the pipelines differ. • What stays constant is Azure and the expectation that you can size up an unfamiliar setup, make the right calls, and own the result. • Make the architecture calls and live with them. • Run migrations that carry real risk. • Move a live platform onto a new foundation, read the plan correctly, write the runbook, and have a rollback ready before you start. • Keep platforms healthy over time: provider upgrades, drift, security, and not letting a shared foundation rot as more clients land on it. • Work directly with the client's own DevOps engineers.

• Partner with software developers, platform engineers, and IT staff to improve system design, operability, deployment safety, and production support readiness. • Define and maintain operational standards, runbooks, support procedures, escalation paths, and service-level objectives. • Evaluate system architecture and changes to ensure they balance functional requirements, service quality, reliability, security, and compliance needs. • Drive continuous improvement in platform stability, maintenance, and availability. • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex platform and service issues affecting internal users and stakeholders.

• Arquitetura AWS multirregião & Alta Disponibilidade - Projetar e implementar a estratégia multicluster e multirregião (ex.: São Paulo e Canadá, conforme padrão corporativo), incluindo abordagem verticalizada — particionamento da aplicação em dois ou três clusters segregados por domínio/responsabilidade. Definir estratégias de replicação, failover, roteamento de tráfego e metas de RTO/RPO, garantindo escalabilidade e alta disponibilidade para crescimento sustentável. • Migração e habilitação de serviços entre regiões - Conduzir a movimentação e habilitação multirregião dos componentes core da plataforma, incluindo: DynamoDB multiregion (global tables), Amazon Cognito multiregion (em colaboração com os times de Plataforma e Autenticação, enquanto a solução de identidade vigente estiver em uso) e a migração do API Gateway para a nova região. Mapear e revisar funções Lambda depreciadas (entre time de plataforma e verticais) para viabilizar a movimentação entre regiões. • Automação de Infraestrutura & CI/CD - Desenvolver ferramentas e automações que reduzam toil operacional em provisionamento, deploy e operação. Manter Infrastructure as Code com Terraform e configuração com Ansible, promovendo padronização e reprodutibilidade dos ambientes. Avaliar e adotar ferramentas internas/plataformas de provisionamento padronizado quando aplicável. • Pipelines Mobile (iOS / Android) - Construir e manter pipelines de CI/CD para aplicações mobile, cobrindo build, assinatura de código, testes automatizados e distribuição (App Store Connect / Google Play). Automatizar gestão de certificados, provisioning profiles e fluxos de release, integrando ferramentas como Fastlane às esteiras existentes. • Observabilidade & Monitoramento - Configurar e manter monitoramento, dashboards e alarmes com visibilidade ponta a ponta. Definir SLIs/SLOs e instrumentar serviços com Dynatrace, Prometheus e Grafana, criando integrações que padronizem a telemetria entre sistemas. • FinOps - Promover práticas de FinOps (visibilidade de gastos, rightsizing, savings plans, alertas de anomalia) e otimização contínua de custos em nuvem, considerando o impacto de cenários multirregião sobre o consumo. • Confiabilidade & Resposta a Incidentes - Diagnosticar e resolver incidentes em produção, minimizando impacto e tempo de recuperação. Conduzir post-mortems sem culpa e melhoria contínua a partir de incidentes. • Segurança & Colaboração - Aplicar boas práticas de segurança em produção (gestão de secrets, least privilege/IAM, hardening). Trabalhar próximo aos times de desenvolvimento para elevar a confiabilidade e a eficiência das aplicações.

Role Description As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will work closely with customers as well as the engineering team on enhancing, optimizing, validating and automating our cloud-native storage platform. Your role will be a mix of DevOps and software engineering to assure that MinIO is delivering a very high quality product with high-performance, scalability and durability to enable seamless data storage and retrieval for demanding workloads for customers. This role requires deep expertise in DevOps practices, SRE, systems programming, distributed computing, and storage architectures. You will work closely with a world-class team of engineers to push the boundaries of object storage performance and reliability. - Enhance, optimize, validate and automate core MinIO software for performance, scalability, and security. - Help building and delivering high-performance distributed storage solutions with a focus on cloud-native architectures. - Validate the MinIO Software according to customer environment and requirements, ensuring no surprises are observed at customer deployments. - Improve existing features, fix critical issues, and contribute to open-source repositories. - Collaborate with other engineers to refine architecture, APIs, and integrations. - Write efficient, well-documented, and maintainable code. - Conduct performance benchmarking and debugging of complex storage environments. - Work closely with customers to address issues, and manage expectations. Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering. - Desire and ability to directly work with customers to solve their problem with product enhancement and automation. - Experience in DevOps, GitOps, Automation and testing frameworks. - Expertise in distributed systems, networking, or high-performance computing. - Experience with cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, containers, microservices). - Strong proficiency in Go desired (or deep experience in C/C++/Rust with a willingness to learn Go). - Deep understanding of storage systems, file systems, or databases. - Strong problem-solving skills and experience debugging complex, large-scale applications. - Contributions to open-source projects are a plus. - Ability to work in a fast-moving, collaborative environment with a strong sense of ownership. - Empathy towards the customer and ability to quickly dig in to resolve any customer issue. - Passion for innovation and staying current with technology trends. - Self-motivation and a commitment to continuous learning and adopting new tools and frameworks. - A strong sense of ownership and accountability in delivering high-quality work while directly working with customers. - A collaborative and team-oriented mindset, thriving in environments that value open communication and shared goals. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, contributing to a positive and productive work environment. - Attention to detail and fine craftsmanship.
