Financial Messaging Expert
DiXiO
Role Description We are looking for a Financial Messaging Expert who will help us make our clients happy by identifying their needs, onboarding them on our platform, and answering any of their requests regarding Financial Messaging solutions. - You’ll be responsible for managing your own portfolio of customers. - Onboard new customers. - Attend clients' meetings during the pre-sales stage. - Determine customer requirements and goals of their target SWIFT infrastructure. - Define the scope of the project, plan timelines, and set deadlines. - Help the customer in the technical set-up of their SWIFT platform. - Coordinate end-to-end tests. - Provide reporting to management about progress, risks & mitigations. - Support existing customers. - Provide client support on their Financial Messaging / SWIFT related queries. - Answer Jira tickets within the given SLA. - Train customer staff on how to use SWIFT / our platform. - Help identify performance improvement opportunities for assigned clients. - Occasionally travel to client locations to collaborate with their teams. - Participate in brainstorming sessions related to strategic initiatives at the company. - Participate in continuous improvement processes by sharing ideas for improvement. - Work with Sales Team & IT Team to imagine future products & services. - Provide guidance and mentoring for new employees and/or colleagues in other departments. - Deliver training for internal teams. Qualifications - 3 – 7 years of experience in the field. - Strong knowledge of SWIFT connectivity solutions & other SWIFT services. - Strong knowledge of Financial Messaging protocols: SwiftNet, API, Host to Host. - Strong knowledge of MT and MX (ISO20022) messages. - Good understanding of the financial industry ecosystem. - Proficient in English and Spanish.
