• Impulsar la calidad de software de productos digitales • Asegurar lanzamientos estables y eficientes de manera remota • Diseñar y gobernar la estrategia integral de pruebas manuales (funcionales, regresión, humo, integración, caja negra) • Liderar, mentorizar y coordinar al equipo de QA asignado, distribuyendo las cargas de trabajo de forma eficiente • Garantizar que se cumplan las mejores prácticas de la disciplina • Impulsar la transición hacia la automatización • Trabajar en estrecha sinergia con las células de desarrollo y Producto • Monitorear y reportar los indicadores de calidad • Gestionar el ciclo de vida de los defectos (bugs)

Job Requirements

  • 4+ años en el área de Aseguramiento de Calidad (QA)
  • Al menos 1 o 2 años liderando equipos de testing o coordinando frentes de calidad
  • Dominio profundo de metodologías ágiles (Scrum)
  • Diseño de planes y casos de prueba
  • Bases de datos SQL para verificación de datos
  • Herramientas como: Jira, herramientas de gestión de pruebas (Xray, Zephyr o TestLink), Postman o SoapUI para pruebas de APIs, Git
  • Experiencia básica en herramientas de automatización como Selenium, Cypress, Playwright o Cucumber
  • Nivel de inglés: No requerido / No aplica
