(Note: Occasional weekend support required). • Manage function inquiries and general operations for this premier venue (currently expanding from 2 to 4 nights a week in October). • Assist with functions, operations, and quotes for a bustling 4-day-a-week venue. • Assist the editorial and ticketing teams for this leading electronic music media platform, including managing social media inquiries. • Conduct market research and provide ad-hoc operational support for this specialized ticketing platform. • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows across all businesses. • Set up and maintain AI elements/tools to automate repetitive, time-consuming tasks. • Run research across events, suppliers, ticketing, and industry topics. • Support Sessions Services and Mixmag with occasional research and tasks.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or operations support.
- Technically savvy and comfortable adopting and configuring software and AI tools (for example, ChatGPT or Claude, and automation platforms like Zapier or Make).
- Strong organization and the ability to juggle multiple businesses and stakeholders at once.
- High attention to detail and reliability.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with a knack for handling customer and function inquiries professionally.
