• Support management of distributors on a day to day basis • Training distributor sales teams • Supporting local sales team • Develop and maintain a list of key on- premise accounts within assigned area • Present and leverage our brands for increased volume • Regular planning and review meetings with specified points of contact within distributors • Act as primary contact for distributor management & sales teams • Execute product seminars at accounts and with the distributor sales teams • Provide National Account Mandate compliance updates • Maintain calendar of activities and promotions • Provide monthly market activity report to Market Manager
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline
- Five (5) plus years’ work related experience in distilled spirits/wine supplier industry
- Analytical and organizational skills
- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services
- Good managerial and effective presentation skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills; capable of managing multiple projects at any given time
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient using Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Valid Driver’s License

The VinSolutions Performance Manager is expected to build and maintain relationships with external clients and ensure client needs are the driving force behind priorities, decisions, and activities to ensure client and revenue retention and drive product utilization. The Performance Manager owns the client relationship on behalf of the company and will act as the client advocate internally by communicating the client's needs to various departments.
