Job Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in technology, business or equivalent education and professional experience.
- 5+ years of leadership and management at a professional services firm managing direct reports.
- 10+ years of experience with ERP systems and implementation projects.
- LS Retail functional and implementation knowledge is a big advantage.
- Excellent organizational, presentation, analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with C-level client relationship building and management.
- Experience in implementing both custom and packaged software solutions.
- Experience in estimating work efforts in a professional services environment.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results on a timely basis.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.

Role Description FINANCE DIRECTOR, WEALTH & ANNUITY SEGMENT - REMOTE WEBCO HR, Inc. is seeking a Finance Director, Wealth & Annuity Segment for one of our clients to work remotely from a home office. This position serves as the Strategic Financial Business Partner of a specific business or functional area such as a Product Segment or Operations area. Participates with Leadership of assigned area to develop strategies and execution plans to achieve goals. Ensures financial rigor is consistently applied to business management. Provides direction to the finance functions taking place within the assigned area and works with Corporate Finance to ensure a strong performance management discipline. This role will be the Finance business partner for the Wealth Segment Leader and a sophisticated organization leading the company's multi-billion Wealth Segment. The segment consists of primarily Annuity, Pension Risk Transfer, and Retirement Products. Responsibilities: - Serve as a key member of the assigned area Leadership Team. Actively participate in strategic and tactical planning, providing a financial perspective. • Lead the Colleague Benefits & Wellbeing function for Sound Physicians, including health and welfare plans, retirement, voluntary benefits, and wellbeing programming. • Partner with VP to develop, articulate, and execute a multi-year Benefits strategy aligned to Sound’s practice-of-choice positioning and clinician attraction and retention priorities. • Own all vendor and broker relationships, including renewal strategy, RFPs, performance management, contract negotiation, and escalation. • Lead annual benefits planning, plan design recommendations, and the end-to-end Open Enrollment process, including the educational and communications strategy that supports it. • Own the compliance and audit cadence across ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, Section 125, DC nondiscrimination testing, 5500 filings, and state-specific requirements. • Design, launch, and continuously improve wellbeing programs that are woven into day-to-day operations. • Travel to new hospital implementations and key sites to ensure benefits are clearly communicated to incoming clinicians and to build direct relationships with hospital partners and site leaders. • Organize and host an annual benefits fair at Sound's Medical Director Summit. • Lead the year-round colleague benefits education and communications strategy, including the Benefits Hub, OE presentations and education, and ongoing engagement campaigns. • Analyze plan utilization, cost trends, and population health data to inform plan design, vendor decisions, and medical trend mitigation strategy.
