• The Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) will work closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to gain knowledge in all aspects of our business to include technical, clinical, and sales. • Train to be a da Vinci® Surgery technical and sales expert across all primary surgical specialties to develop surgical robotics programs in the assigned territory. • Focus on the technical and clinical aspect of the job during the first year, and during the second year, transition to focus on the sales aspect of the job. • Support a specific region by maximizing the utilization of installed da Vinci® Surgical Systems by leading product demonstrations/in-services and sales activities. • Provide guidance, insight, and training on the use of the da Vinci® Surgical System. • Lead all technical in-services for customers to include OR staff, surgeons, etc. • Contribute to Clinical Sales Manager team quarterly sales goals by influencing behavior change in customers such as product demonstrations/in-services, OR selling activities, and customer support training. • Support and coordinate regional sales and marketing development events for system awareness and procedure adoption.

• The Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) will work closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to gain knowledge in all aspects of our business including technical, clinical, and sales. • Train to be a da Vinci® Surgery technical and sales expert across all primary surgical specialties to develop surgical robotics programs in the assigned territory. • Focus on technical and clinical aspects of the job in the first year, and begin to focus on sales in the second year. • Support a specific region by maximizing the utilization of installed da Vinci® Surgical Systems by leading product demonstrations/in-services and sales activities. • Be a resource to the surgical team by providing guidance, insight, and training on the use of the da Vinci® Surgical System. • Lead all technical in-services for customers including OR staff, surgeons, etc. • Contribute to Clinical Sales Manager team quarterly sales goals by helping influence behavior change in customers such as product demonstrations/in-services, OR selling activities, and customer support trainings. • Support and coordinate, under the direction of the local sales management team, regional sales and marketing development events that create system awareness and procedure adoption through product demonstrations/in-services and selling activities. • Manage administrative tasks: reporting of sales/procedures, outcomes of sales activities, submission of expense reports, and assigned ISU on-line modules using company required software systems. • Act as a Medical Device Consultant (Medizinprodukteberater) in Austria and Germany, after appropriate training, as per legal requirement and provide guidance, insight, and support in the proper handling of Intuitive medical devices.

• Assists sales representatives with surgeon trainings, hospitals robotic development, and overall territory management • Guides technical in-services for customers to include OR staff, surgeons, etc. • Sells benefits of advanced technology to existing robotic users to contribute to team overall quotas • Gains experience in goal setting, mapping, and attaining in preparation for quota bearing role to follow CTA position • Manages administrative tasks: reporting of sales/procedures, outcomes of sales activities, submission of expense reports

• Perform data integrity tasks, deploy user-centric solutions using declarative development tools, and create technical documentation • Serve as a contact for general Salesforce requests, utilizing our ticketing system and resolving user issues • Develop and deliver training sessions and documentation to empower staff to create their own reports and dashboards • Implement customizations and automations within Salesforce to improve workflow efficiency based on user feedback • Provide configuration support and data maintenance for project management (ClickUp) and digital asset management (Google Drive) systems • Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest sustainable technological practices to improve departmental workflows • Assist in creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and IT user policies, such as naming conventions • Work alongside IT contractors on specific projects and help manage the delegation of technical tasks • Participate in the evaluation of new software requests to ensure they align with existing technical infrastructure • Perform IT or database-adjacent tasks as assigned to support the broader technology team
